API keys

API keys can be created and managed at the environment level by environment admins. They can be used to trigger CD runs from github actions.

Accessing your API keys

To manage your API keys, navigate to the Services page, click on the "Settings" tab and then select the "API keys" tab.

Generate your Kapstan API key

1. Follow the steps in the Accessing the API keys Section to access your API keys.
2. Click "Create API key".
3. Enter a descriptive name and click "Create".
4. Make a note of the API created as it will not be shown again.

Delete your Kapstan API key

1. Follow the steps in the Accessing the API keys Section to access your API keys.
2. Hover over the API key you would like to delete and click on the remove icon shown at the far right of the row.
3. Confirm the deletion by typing the name of the API key in the confirmation field.
4. Click "Delete".
